130. (10000010) Single Rotor Position Sensor Error
The Motor Control Module has found an error in the pattern received from the Rotor
Position Sensor. Likely causes of this fault are a bad connection on the harness between
the Rotor Position Sensor and the Motor Control Module, or a faulty Rotor Position Sensor.
Primary Source: Wiring.
Action: Check for corrosion on the RAST connector of the Rotor Position
Sensor and the Motor Control Module connector.
Secondary Source: Rotor Position Sensor.
Action: Check the Rotor Position Sensor with an R.P.S. tester. Replace if
faulty.
Tertiary Source: Motor Control Module.
Action: Replace Motor Control Module.
Quaternary Source: Rotor
Action: Ensure the correct rotor for this phase of machine has been fitted

What is fault code 130 and how do I fixit?

130 indicates a faulty Rotor Position Sensor (RPS) or a bad connection to the RPS. This can be a common fault on all Smart Drives. Rather than explain the the procedure you can watch this video which a kiwi guy has done on how to fix it if you are good with that sort of thing. IF you live in NZ the best deal to get a new RPS is Rotorua Appliances or search TradeMe for RPS. To watch the video click the link. What does the fault code 66 on a fisher and pykel

The problem with the washer is that the motor controller has sensed the lack of water in the machine as so to speak, hence the error.

If you disconnect your water hose off the backside of the washer there may be screens behind them. I would start there. Good Luck

What is error 240 on a Fisher & Paykel IntuitiveEco IWL16 Top Load Washer

240. (11110000) Phase 6 - Hall Out of Order. RPS Fault
Same as previous Hall Error faults, just an extra fault code for Phase
6. See fault codes 130 and 131 for directions.
130. (10000010) Phase 1 to 6 - Single Rotor Position
Sensor Error
The Motor Control Module has found an error in the pattern received
from the Rotor Position Sensor. Likely causes of this fault are a bad
connection on the harness between the Rotor Position Sensor and the
Motor Control Module, or a faulty Rotor Position Sensor.
Primary Source: Wiring.
Action: 1. Check for corrosion on the edge connector of
the Rotor Position Sensor and the Motor
Control Module connector.
2. Check the contacts on the rotor positional
sensor end of the hall harness to see if any
have been damaged. (Each set of contacts in
the socket has two wipers. If the distance
between these wipers varies between
different contacts, replace the rotor positional
sensor harness.)
Secondary Source: Rotor Position Sensor.
Action: Check the Rotor Position Sensor with an R.P.S.
tester. Replace if faulty.
Tertiary Source: Motor Control Module.
Action: Replace Motor Control Module.
131. (10000011) Phase 1 to 6 - Repetitive Rotor Position
Sensor Error
This fault is similar to fault number 130 above but differs slightly in that
it is a continuous condition.

Our FnP GW611 while filling the water stops and starts and after a short time it stops and beeps and the long wash and spin lights come on orange. Any ideas? Thanks

The problem can be determined through the Wash Progress LEDs. The specific lit LEDs combination indicates an specific error code that tells what generally the problem is. But the exact positions of the lit LEDs are necessary in determining the exact code. Refer to the illustration below and post back the code or the exact positions of the lit LEDs. You may Google for the error code once you determine it, like "Fisher and Paykel Fault Code 37".

Washer will not spin there is water on the floor and has a fault code of 130 it is fisher+paykel brand model numberWL26CW1

Hi just read your posting.Error Code 130 means your fault is called Single Rotor Position Sensor Error. This component is attached to your motor which is underneath your machine. What concerns me is your machine is leaking.Did the Error Code appear the same time your machine started leaking? The reason I am asking this is because the water could have damaged the rotor sensor. Is the water leaking underneath the machine? Please reply with additional information and I can help you rectify this fault.

Model GW611 the first and second last led flashes. fills up and wont go into wash cycle

If by first led you mean green to the left & amber to the right then that is fault code (130) & i think it is (Rotor Position Sensor) If you meant first to the right that would be red & green, code 65.no that doesn't sound right.its 130 & im sure thats rotor sensor.
