if the jam still shows when you turn the machine off and on then you will have to look first to see which tray you were using at the time take the tray out and look inside the frame to see if paper has stuck by the feed rollers then open the side paper path guide to check non is on teh way up from there the next is reg transfer and fuser sections also pull the duplex out to make sure its not under the travel plateand last is to check betweent ehfuser exit and finisher opent he dooor on finisher if you have one and lift the plate at top right had the paper can sometimes be hidden there... failing that the sensor for the paper exit from fuser to duplex can sometimes jam a small bit there...if you know how to get into the sp modes you can go to data log 1 there you have the jam counters and jam history look at latest and the area will show up where it could be last. good luck A..

Try cleaning the feed rollers with soap and water and a damp cloth and see if your situation improves. sounds like the machine is missfeeding but your description was a little vague.
If it does improve youll need new rollers.
Also try flipping the paper over to see if improves.
Lastly does the paper size displayed on the screen match what is actually loaded? if not... correct as nessesary

this is not a thought I am 100% sure and give you the correct solution:
problem with the paper feeding section is dusty or due to developer drooping
1. Open the developer unit and check the rear side developer unit bush one or two bush are faulty
and drop the developer.
2. remove all paper trays with remove the four each screws
3. Remove the toner collection bottle
4. Remove the right side cover.
5. Remove paper left roller plate.(show in the picture)
6. Now remove the first tray paper feeding section(is a complete unit included paper feed rollers motor and clutch and gear section)
7. Clean the drooped developer from all gears and roller and motor section
8. remove the second and third tray paper feeding section and doing the same.
9. now fix it all
10. replace developer unit bush witch are faulty or if you don't have yet cut a plastic sheet and past the upper side of first paper feeding unit gears witch are don't disturb the paper path and stop the developer drooping on the gear

SOURCE: I have a Ricoh Aficio
This jam problems are always very difficult to solve without seeing the machine!
Because i need to see the jam location or take a report to see where the paper jams.
you say that it is on the Point C, but that just helps a little.
I can tell you that you have a problem in the duplex door (but you already know that). It could be several things like; transport rollers, gates, solenoids... well, the best help i can give you is to advise you to call your technical support.

Testimonial: "thanks for the help you could give! ill have to have a look to see what i can do"
cleaning those rollers is just a remedy and i think they are worn out and they need to be replaced once the problem comes back again.
