What is the best way to display my china in my china cabinet?

If done correctly, your china cabinet can be a work of art. When designing your cabinet divide it into three sections - left, middle and right side. Most china cabinets come with three shelves and it is a good idea to coordinate each shelf with similar groupings. If your cabinet has a light on the inside at the top, I recommend displaying your crystal items on the top shelf. The middle of the second shelf is your focal point. I recommend displaying a complete place setting of your china. On either side display other items that match your place setting. On the bottom shelf, place a few key pieces from your china set - such as a gravy boat or a set of salt and pepper shakers.

Waterleaking from front right lower corner out of small opening in bottom. Stops for days then starts again for an hour then stops dripping for days

Don't know where you are located but there are a few possibilities

1. Is the unit sited in a warm high humidity area, if so you must ensure that the doors are kept closed as much as possible. Very warm areas with high humidity will produce excess water, you may just have to live with this.

2. Are you putting products in the cabinet that are not sealed (film wrap), open product loses water to the cooling system and can produce excessive condensate.

3. Is the cabinet set too cold, factory setting is 2 deg C (36 deg f) to 4 deg C (40 deg f) this makes the cabinet work harder and produces more water

4. Are the door runners etc clean, this can misalign the doors and let warm moist air into the cabinet

5. Is the condenser clean, this is the small radiator on the end of the cabinet, clean it gently in line with the fins with a soft brush and vacuum cleaner, if this is dirty it will make the unit run longer and produce more water.

Hope this helps

MOdel 110.92579110 leaking water out bottom of

First, see the Sears parts site for your washer:!retrieve.pd?pop=true&modelNumber=110.92579110

See the Sears site sub-components for the agitator, basket and tub. It's possible that one of the gaskets or seals has worn over time.

I'd also pull off the cabinet and check the hoses leading to and from the pump. It's also possible that the pump is leaking.

See the following for how to remove the cabinet.

The illustrations also show how to remove the transmission.

The black oil / fluid that you see is likely coming from the transmission.

Since it seems to be "spraying" around the inside of the cabinet, I'd assume that it is leaking from the top seal between the transmission and clutch.

See the following for a parts breakdown of Whirlpool top load direct drive washers.

If you look at page 15, you'll see a Seal, Gearcase Cover. It is possible that that is the cause of your transmission leak.

The rust on the bottom of the transmission may (hopefully) be simply caused by the water leak.

I'd remove the gearcase cover (8 bolts) in order to check the gearcase cover seal, and to check the oil level. The Whirlpool transmission takes about 15oz or 80-90 weight oil.

Roper refrig compressor or fan will not come on when plugged in

I will need a little more information to help you solve this problem.
Look at following areas for the model number
  • Beneath Or Inside Food Compartment On Cabinet Frame
  • On Plate Lower Front Or Rear Of Cabinet
  • Beside Compressor Door On Right End
  • Near Rear Of Cabinet
  • Inside Liner At Top
Make sure that I can get the exact numbers so I can see if your refrigerator has other features like defrost timer, circuit boards, ETC. Let me know, Thanks, Sea Breeze

This could be normal for the summer. This is the right temp to keep it at. Some units are meant to run 80 - 90 % of the time. Turn it all the way up and check the temp. Most units when working properly can get below 0. Check the condensor underneath for dirt and to see if the fan is running under there. (smaller units don't have anything underneath) Some have coils in the rear and the smallest units just use the sides of the cabinet to disperse the heat. Check the gasket see if its sealing properly or maybe the door is warped and not closing at the bottom.

Greetings bkbkbt,

Many times this behavior is an early indicator that your unit either needs freon or might have a compressor issue. I would advise contacting a repair person before this problem gets worse.
