Error Message sc376

Hello:

I own a Ricoh Aficio AP3800 C. It recently started giving me an error message sc376.

Is there any way I can fix this myself? If so, how?

Do you provide repair services? If so, how much and do you serve the Philadelphia area.

I am pretty sure Sc376 is your Magenta not Cyan. try replacing your magenta developer unit and your magenta drum unit. If you buy them from a dealer you will have to buy all the colors not just magenta. Try Ebay first and search for supplies for your model.
