Ask seller for RMA (return merchandise authorization) and return policies (prepaid shipping label, restocking fees, etc).
You can check the seller website for return policies or you can call the customer service and obtain an RMA (usually required).
Return merchandise/material authorization (RMA) is an e-commerce term that describes an arrangement in which the supplier of a good or product degrees to have a customer or client ship that item back to them in exchange for a refund or credit.
I had similar situation. 2-5 day delivery was advertised. It is due to arrive today, 3 weeks later. My credit card was not billed till the item was shipped and I got an e-mail with a tracking number. I suspect that some sellers take orders and then buy in quantity from a wholesaler. If you have been billed already, contact the seller or the merchandising site - like Amazon.
The coupon you have is for a discount for items purchased directly from the TomTom website (www.tomtom.com). Just go to the website, order something online that qualifies for the discount and during check-out, enter the discount coupon code. Read the coupon offer carefully, since not all products may qualify for the discount.
When that happen you need to contact you cc and tell them about the problem you must report it to the FROUD department.
The sooner the better.
