Hi about a week ago,I i went online to purchase a net zero 4G device. I put in my Debit card info and hit the process button but it sent my back to the credit card page saying correct all area or fill in all areas which were all ready filled in, So I re-did everything more then twice but never got a payment accepted comfirmation, so i decided to call net zero, give them my info over the phone and received my unit in Three days and quess what happened next, I received a second unit a day latter so I called Net zero to find out how to return the second unit back and by the way the second unit was the one that ai never received comfirmation on. I talked to several people from there and they want me to pay $95 when I never should have received to of them in the first place and if I wanted two of them I would have ordered two at one time. Thank you
Pinheads. They should have issued an RMA for returning it. Contact your bank or credit card company and block them from charging for it. Many companies have their technical service being handled by a 3rd party, offshore, therfore they do not have the answers. Thus you need to go higher up the ladder and talk directly to Corporate, which usually mens someone here in the states. If Netzero refused to give me the method to send it back, well I never received their item.

SOURCE: a few weeks ago I
try pluging the power adapter from the unit into a UPS power supply, The problem also not be the router, but an address issue with the one of the compoments connceting to the the router.

this problem can be resolved as follows:-
1. check the connectivity of the network
2.if network is showing connected then run the network diagonostics
