My microwave keypad doest not work apparently. It says "service may needed". How can solve this error.

The solution to your microwave problem is explained below.

Things You will Need

* Phillips screwdriver
* Foil
* Large ziplock baggie
* Tape

* 1 Unscrew the 2 screws in the top vent grill and remove it.
* 2 Unscrew the 1 screw above the computer keypad, then slide it up to unlock it and it will hinge down, revealing the computer circuit board behind the keypad.
* 3 Put a sheet of foil into the large ziplock bag and seal it up.
* 4 Then tape it to cover the whole circuit board in the back of the computer. You may have to let the wires stick out of the middle of your foil covering. The ziplock is to keep the metal foil from short circuiting anything on the computer, and the foil protects the circuit board from the small amount of leaking microwaves inside.
* 5 Lock the keypad back up and plugin the microwave to test it before screwing everything back together.

Inspect foil side of HV board for burned tracks toward lower side of board. If burned, check HV capacitors (High Voltage Capacitor Test Procedure) and HV transformers (High Voltage Transformer Test) for a short. Otherwise test other components as outlined above.
Solution: Replace defective components as necessary. If applicable, repair foil trace on HV board.
Hope that helps.........

2001 volvo v70 repair code p1103

Your computer has detected an error with the the MAF (mass Air Flow) sensor. In conjunction with the inlet air temperature (IAT) sensor the combination is often referred to as the Air Mass Meter. Are you experiencing a 'surge and slow' effect on engine speed at idle, maybe the idle is erratic and almost stalls at times? The MAF is found as part of the air ducting just after the air filter box. There is an electrical connection to the top of it. Disconnect and dismantle the duct assembly to free the MAF unit. The MAF is a heated foil that sits in the air stream. As intake air flows over the foil it has the the effect of cooling. The cooling achieved plus the measurement of the actual temperature of the air doing the cooling by the IAT gives enough information to the engine electronic control unit (ECU) to estimate the volume of air entering and to allow the ECU to set an appropriate injection cycle to provide the correct fuel air mix. Spray the MAS with electrical cleaner, this is non residue cleaner so do not use anything harsh like carb choke cleaner or oily like WD40. Try to make no physical contact with the foil. (the IAT is bead thermistor sat in the middle of wire near the MAS foil). Once everything has air dried reassemble and reconnect. If the fault has been fixed the error code will be removed after a few restarts.

I changed the drum of my client's canon 2016j recently. it was worn out (with cut on the edge).he now is reporting that after every 15/30 copies the machine brings error code 007.once he restarts the error...

the error E007 means fixing trouble.
The fixing foil is worn out or damaged.You need to change the fixing foil.
These isnt related to power.If the power is involved You can have messages like E001, E002, E808, because printer doesnt gets enough power to heat up or rotate fixing unit.
Also if You want to prevent power issues you can place power stabilizer before copiers power supply.

For service manual You can contact me on

Hope that helps!

The 511 error relates to the PCU rotation sensor. There are several causes and solutions.
Causes 1. Toner build up on PCU foil square 2. Toner powder build up on sensor 3. Misalignment of PCU band 4. Damaged PCU foil square.
Solutions 1. Toner build up on PCU foil square Remove PCU from printer and carefully rotate the PCU band around until you see a silver foil square. Remove any excess toner from foil square. Inspect condition of foil square, if damaged go to solution 4. Reinsert PCU and test.
note: PCU band is best described as a black rubber-band type looking material that rotates around the PCU. Be careful not to touch it with fingers or expose to bright light as this can damage it. Clean foil with simple tissue cloth or similar.
2. Toner powder build up on sensor. Remove PCU unit and using a vacuum and/or can of compressed air spray/**** off excess toner powder from sensor inside of printer. The powder can block the sensors ability to sense the foil square, giving you the error.
Note: Sensor is hard to find, but looking at the foil square on PCU band you should be able to judge by line of sight the approximate location, you are looking for a box with a small tab wire with 2 wires coming out from it. Spray / vacuum in that area. Make sure printer is unplugged be careful not to create a excess of static electricity with the vacuum.
3. Misalignment of PCU band If your PCU band has moved off to the right or left of the roller, it will need to be realigned. A simple check of the right and left position on the roller will determine if you need to realign. To realign take apart PCU and carefully manipulate into correct position.
Note: Wear gloves and expect this to be messy with toner. Try not handle PCU band excessively as once it is damaged print quality will be ruined and PCU will need to be replaced.
4. Damaged PCU foil square. If the square is damaged, replace with a piece of tin foil. Superglue on carefully.
note: You don't need to put the new square in exactly the same place, just above or below on the belt is fine.

Replaced the printhead, now I have an Error 50

Error 50: encoder strip (foil paralell to ph traveling path) is out of the ph sensor. You have to push the ph to the very left, open ph cover and reinsert the ph so that the foil is in place within the ph. check by pushing it left /right: the foil must run plain without a wave infront ph.

Buy a new waist ink tank as a spare part from a service partner near your home who can be found at the brother homepage of your country.
NEVER CLEAN A WAIST INK TANK! The cotton will be as stone after it dried up and refuses to take up waistink. Ink will destroy the inside of the machine (and furniture beneath the printer).

You have to do a reset within the eeprom. When you ve bought the new ink absorber plz post here again. Will give you the code then.
