press FACTORY RESET button in settings

the ystem is designed to automatically dop it itself once it say "unmount" but if that option is frozen just do it it will be fine

A sure fire way to fix this, would be to reflash the stock firmware

if your tab launcher is locked only option is hard reset
turn off your device
hold vol up button and keep pressing power button
it ll ask for factory reset push yes

You will need to do a factory reset:
1. With the device off, press and hold Volume Up and Power.
2. Release the Power button when you see the Samsung logo, but continue to hold Volume Up until the recovery screen appears.
3. Use the Volume buttons to navigate the menu and select wipe data / factory reset. Press Home to choose the selection.
4. Press Volume Up continue.

Most tablets you hold in the volume up and power button for 5-15 seconds and logo should appear asking to reset.
