Question about RC Toys
I fully charge it and then take it to fly. I turn it on and works perfectly but when I push the throttle it goes in the air but the weight just pulls it down and wont fly. How do I fix it.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

with any rechargeable battery, the first charge is the most important. If you did not fully charge it, it may have developed a "memory" and won't fully charge now. One thing that sometimes works is to run the battery 'till it's so dead it is barely able to work at all, then fully charge it. Otherwise, you may just need to replace it (them) altogether.
Be aware that many batteries you get inside toys are not capeable of performing the task requested of them. In ground based toys such as remote control cars etc I actually add batteries, wired in parallel with the originals in order to extend run time. Problem is with a helicopter etc, you can't do that because the weight will prevent it from flying.

i had the same problem.. one of the gears isn't fully engaged.. if you look at the internal mechanism, you'll see two small gears on opposite sides, each engages a larger gear... during impact, these gears can slide and become not fully engaged. That is the strange sound you are hearing. this also prevents the propellers from spinning up fast enough to get fully off the ground. I used a small jewelers screwdriver to reach in and push the problem gear back into place.

this same problem happened with my uj4703. after the second or third crash. what i found out by examining it was that the small cogs that spin inside the chopper have a tendancy to shift down or up and lockout on each other, i just carefully took a screwdriver and spaced out all the gears so there is at least somewhat of centimeter gap between all of them. this did the trick for me.

SOURCE: fully charged but wont fly
There seems to be a lot of people having the same problems with this product with no idea of how to fix it so my advice would be to go to:
There the company that makes the product offers troubleshooting and if it fails they offer a phone number so that you can send it away to be repaired. Either try that or take it back to the shop where you got it from and get you money back.
Hope this helps
