Open the cover as if you would change the cartridge. Then press the little black button . Keep it pressed, push “copy” on the left and then the (print) black button on the right of the lcd. The printer will somehow work and work. Wait until it rests again. Then close the cover and press the black button again. Now it should copy… and print, and so on.
Check the settings of the machine to find out whether it is configured to print only in black and white. File - Printer and from the Printer's Dialog box, choose Properties and checkout the settings there ok. There is also a possibility that you've run out of colour ink. Good luck.
