Maybe you meant model RP3700 ...
These questions may help to find a solution or at least a better understanding of your problem:
Have you set the paper size right?
Is the print drum capable of the desired imaging size?

This is unlikely that the pump is not working.. I have 2 RP 3700s.. The screens are probably clogged.. with old ink.. or there could be a fit problem with the ink tube to the drum.. (no vacuum). With the drum in the machine and the ink in installed.. Take handle of a hammer and lightly (LIGHTLY!) push to ensure that there is no air pocket in the ink tube.. Carefull not to push too hard and squirt ink all over inside the machine. Also ink screens can be taken off and cleaned with varsol and re-installed.. Also as a final check.. make sure you are makeing a master.. look closely to see if you have a lazer burned image on your master.

I've read a little about flushing drums with solvent or even gasoline or diesel google it a little see how people have done it. though I can imagine a Switch from a dark to light colour might be impossible. You could pull the screen off and wash it out. Some ideas. No solutions.

Many people have an problem. Some people have a solution.
To provide a solution you have to describe your problem!(Simple, but the hard truth. Must I be sorry for the clear words?)
