Question about Nikon COOLPIX L21 Digital Camera
When camera switched off it happened in on condition so lense was half way out.
I think the battery is bad. Try to recharge the battery and place it back. I hope it will retract the lens complete. Consider to buy a new battery or a complete new camera, because batteries can cost almost as much as a new camera.
