It is possible that the batteries are depleted, and need be replaced with fresh ones. It is also possible that the time for AutoPowerOFF is set for the shortest duration.

How does my Casio calculator keeping switching itself off after a few seconds?

It is trying to save battery power. Just turn it off yourself when you finish. Read the manual and try to discover if there is a way to choose the idle time before it powers down.

I did try: change fuse as first it was without any lights. Then checked sockets. It started again by itself. Then I reprogram it-switch off-turn on 90'C-press start button- switch on- keep pressing f

Try this reset, it may work:

-Turn Off power switch
-Select 90 degree washing
-Press and hold Start
-Turn ON power switch and keep pressed Start button 10 sec
-Depress Start button
-Turn Off power switch and turn On again and thats it...

Technika lcd40-920 turns on they turns itself off after 20 mins then keeps turning itself of and on for a while until eventually the on and standby button just flashes alternate colours

A through check should be done make sure about the fault. Power supply section is working, as you reports. Otherwise, there will be no power ON function. The main board might have the fault; shorted or damaged components.

I have a casio te-400f displaying E001 wrong mode message. I didnt intrupt a process so switching the key back to allow it to complete is not working. Any ideas?? I have no till this morning!!!!

Hi. It only happens when a function is not complete in another mode, so it will definitely be waiting for completion of last function. Since you don't know what it was, you can flag clear it to jump back to REG mode:
Turn key to PROGRAM mode.Turn power off at wall.Hold RECEIPT FEED down - keep your finger on it.Turn power on at wall.Wait 5 seconds, then let go of RECEIPT FEED.You should see "FFFFFFFFFF" on display.Press SUBTOTAL.wait for printout.Turn key back to REG mode.Note: You may have to sign back on (clerk buttons)

My acaer aspire laptop keeps switching itself off

If the computer turns off instantly after the power is pressed, either you are not plugged into the charger and the battery is empty, or there is a hardware fault that is preventing it from starting up properly.

if you are plugged into the charger and the battery has power as well, then try unplugging the power and take out the battery for 5 minutes, plug both back in and try to turn it on. if the same problem repeats then it is most likely a hardware issue.

If you are in warranty contact acer or your dealer, you will have to send / ship the laptop to acer warranty repair, more details from acer or your dealer.

If you are outside of warranty, take the laptop to a local professional for a diagnosis and a repair estimate.

This is not a documented function of the watch in the user manual to be found at http://ftp.casio.co.jp/pub/world_manual/wat/en/qw2767.pdf Also I have this watch and it has never done this.

It sounds to me like either watch case is not closed properly or there is a fault with the CPU of the watch.

Bosch SGV43A03 DISHWASHER: pump drains all the time, even if reset!

Typically you could possibly have a leak in the base or sump which activates a little float switch. This in turn switches the drain pump on continuously and deactivates the programing cycle.Sort out the leak.

Audio Menu keeps popping up

There are probably some failing components in the uPC control area, or with the keypad board on the TV sets front panel. It is also possible that there is a problem with the filtering of the distributed power through the circuit boards of the set, and there is some noise causing a false trigger of the function.

This type of fault can take some time for the tech to figure out, unless it is a published common fault with the particular model of set where they give a list of parts to change.
