If you let it die all the way sometimes the AC charger sometimes does not work. Plug it into a car charger for an hour or so and then use the AC charger.or try a reset, hold the power button and volume down button for about 10 seconds

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

First try to force power down by holding down volume and power button. If that doesn't work to allow you to power phone up try an external reset. Reset my device

Razr V: how do i clear the emergency call screen? just appeared, no way to delete or bypass? thanks.

Wayne
You have to have a SIM in the phone if you don't have one. Otherwise Emergency calls only. If you do have a SIM but you are getting that it means the Sim is not detected or is inactive or you've pressed emergency call and the phone is locked. You should have a back button to dismiss emergency dialer and enter pin or pass code.

Motorola dct 6412 wont turn off

pull the power at the back of the box or the wall, which ever is more convient. then wait for all the power to bleed out of the capacitors takes a minute or two (we call this a power cycle) hopefully it comes back up. might be time to put it to pasture.
