1) Install the bluetooth driver provided for your system. It will ask you to activate bluetooth by pressing fn+f2 key (this won’t work).
2) You manually have to install the software for the driver.
Note: some of you may have already installed the drivers but just cannot start the connection. So there is a problem in the software and not the driver.
For installation of the software follow these steps.
3) Go to your driver installation directory (ex. C:\dell\drivers) then you find which driver you installed for your bluetooth.
4) Then you find your system you are running (a 32 bit or a 64 bit) it will written as win32 or win64.
5) Then you find the installation file. Then install the application and it will be all ready once again.
P.s. don’t forget to turn your Bluetooth adapter on after you install the software.

Generally every bluetooth device comes with driver CD.Some bluetooth drivers may preinstalled or inbuilt in windows XP with plug and play support.If bluetooth device drivers not present in windows, you have to install driver manually from CD, supplied along with your bluetooth device.

After Inserting bluetooth it pop up a message"New Hardware found",if drivers are inbuilt, operating system directly installs driver for your bluetooth device.

After Installation Go to control panel of your PC click on bluetooth icon,then click on search for active devices, if your mobile bluetooth is on pc will show your mobile name,then you have to pair your pc and mobile by supplying same pass key on both devices. So it completes pairing. Now you can share files between PC and mobile.

After installing bluetooth driver you can install Nokia PC Suit software for better management of your mobile content.

try to update the driver for your speakers in the control panel. Also make sure they are not on mute. If that dosnt work uninstall the speakers and reinstall them.

If that's an Inbuilt Bluetooth, Software is not needed until and unless you have deleted that software.

USB bluetooth or Bluetooth Dongle is required when you do not have bluetooth option in your notebook.

It's not working means - You have lost this feature . You need to purchase a Bluetooth device and you would get a CD alongwith it for software.

Kindly make sure with the tech - Is that the software has been lost or Bluetooth Hardware is at FAULT.

Start by unplugging the non-essential devices one at a time and rebooting.... after you have found which device is causing you problems... use the install program for the device then shut down... add the device and see how it goes.
