Question about LG BD650 BluRay Player
I lost the remote to my Insignia tv, but the LG remote has a TV Power function. Can I use it to turn TV on and off?

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

If your oneforall remote didn't come with the page that gives you the set codes, you can try 991 as the code. So in this order ;
Press tv, wait fir it to blink
press 9 9 1, then power
(it should blink again)
press tv again - it should set
***IF THIS DIDN'T WORK***
SLOWLY press power, then tv, wait,
then power, then tv, wait,
After several times it should set.
(Each time you do this, it tries yet another code to set)

Have you updated the firmware on it? I had a similar problem with a Sony blu-ray player and I had to download an update and burn it on to a CD then allow the CD to update the blu-ray player. What's the model number of your player, I may be able to get a link to the update for you.

If the provided code does not work, you must use the scan or learning feature of your universal remote control to find a workable code.
