In my view I ingenico 3010 cannot be used on its own . It needs to connect through a payment terminal that is Ingenico 5100. 3010 doesnt have card swipe or insert option.

the only way that i know to get this fix is calling directly to Ingenico or you merchant provider if you have any warranty on it.here is the website. I hope this work for you.

This usually means the pin pad has lost the injected programming. Ingenico may be able to repair it, but since they consider that the pin pad has reached it's end of life and been discontinued, they may not.

It has lost the software , contact your supplier for reloading the software

Hi, just checking to see if you discover a solution to this problem.
I had a couple of these and I cannibalized a machine with a bad screen to get another working and once inside realized that there were pressure switches that required reseting.

You can find the user's manual at the URL below. From my experience, using this terminal requires active support from your POS software. It is said to work with Microsoft RMS, but I'm still trying to get mine to talk to the computer. Good luck with it.
