You guys charged for a membership on my wife who passed away and I tried to get you to refund it or give me her year I paid for no one would listen or careyou chared me for my wife who passed away
So sorry for your loss.. as far as pogo goes though I been a member for years.. Pogo does not refund any fees paid at any time.. or do they let you change screen name..if the account is paid then the only thing to do is have someone use it or you use it under her name.. maybe you have a friend or daughter that can use it .. just give them the password..at least it can be used..
But what you NEED to do is check under the account..go to
Billing & Subscription..if there's a payment method there.. delete it and save.. as long as they have a credit card listed.. all payments are auto..
