Question about Tablets & eReaders

Open Question

My Medion Lifetab E7312 requires a driver to be recognized by my computer. All driver scanning apps fail to see it. Where can I get a driver to download directly, without the futile scan?

If you're talking about a computer (once again, the poster left out the info required to be able to answer the question), there is no particular order that device drivers need to be installed.

I have just received from UK a Medion tablet LIFETAB E10317. In addition to listed parts I have a cable about four inches long with a mini USB plug on one end and a plug looking like an oversized USB plug...

If this is what it looks like, then it is an OTG (On The Go) cable. You plug the micro USB end to the tablet and the other to a flash drive or external hard disk or any other USB storage devices. To access those devices, you may have to mount them in Settings-Storage if your tablet does not auto-mount them.

What should i do if i forgot my pin?

This is an Android tablet and you can try to reset it but this will erase all your personal data.
You can do this from the Android System Recovery menu.
To go in the Android system recovery menu, press and hold the Power On button and some other key (Volume Up, Volume Down, Home ). The combination is different for the different models.
When you are in the Android system recovery menu, use The Volume Up/Down keys for navigation and the Power button for confirmation.
Choose one by one:
- wipe data / factory reset
- Yes -- delete all user data
- reboot system now

Why can.t I watch Netflix on my new Tablet it load fine but when put something on to watch it let you watch for 1mon before going into rolls so you cab.t watch ?

Do you have a friend with a name brand tablet that could come over and test if your wifi can handle streaming? If another tablet gets the same results as your tablet it could be a issue with your wifi access point. I don't use Netflix anymore but can you confirm your new tablet has enough processing power to stream video? Can you stream youtube HD videos?

Sounds like you have some viruses messing with you. Click on the link below and download one of the FREE anti-virus apps listed on the page and run some scans to remove them.
