Error E20 means the machine has failed to pump out. 1st check the filter at the bottom right hand side there may still be water inside if so pull the grey tab to the left of the filter there should be a thin hose extend it put it into a shallow dish and pull the cap off to let the water drain this may be a slow process. When the filters out look into the hole with a torch to see if any obstructions in the pump impeller this looks like a cross. If the filters and pump are clear it may be the pump has failed.

HI. You may have a problem with the water pump such as a frozen pulley or a broken impeller. If that's the case, replace the water pump. Note: if you have a belt driven washer, check the belt(s) for cracks, as this would be a perfect time to replace the belt(s) if needed.
A broken impeller will wobble inside the pump housing, causing loud noises during operation. This is a strong indicator of pump failure. This will, also, cause leakage as well. the integrity of the pump housing will be compromised, leading to this leakage.

I'm sure nojallo1 has already fixed his but I just ran into the same problem and didn't find anything in my searches for a solution. The problem I had was the test cycle wasn't long enough to get hot water through my water lines so it could verify the hot and cold hoses were in the proper places. Solution: Turn the hot water on in all the sinks in your house until they have hot water running through them. This will prime your hot water line so it is full of hot water instead of cold water. Then run the install cycle again and it should be fine.

You probably need a pump or to clear the pump or drain hose just past the pump.
To access this you need to peel back the front emblem on the top of the front panel, there is a screw in the center take it out pull forward on the top and raise it, then remove the front panel (will see three screws), tip back and take the bottom panel off, pump is on bottom back right
ld is long drain, to my knowledge the pump is only sold as a assembly with the motor, which makes it a fairly expensive part, would pull the pump and see if anything is stuck in it first(have some towels and a pan when you do this)And unplug it.
