You should have the sound driver for your PC in the driver disc.The drive Disc resides in the Box of the system. I don't have had the exact problem.If you don't have the Disc or a copy of the driver then you have to download itfrom website. So for your requirement visit http://www8.hp.com/in/en/support-drivers.html, then enter your product number and search the driver. You can download the driver from here and itis totally free of cost.

You can not know the motherboard serial number it-self without opening the computer... But you have your product ID and computer serial number on the back of the laptop. That should give you, at the HP Support web-page, the drivers list for your specific built. Knowing the driver, you can know what chip-set it's holding, and so, the motherboard also.

Insa iti sugerez sa faci ceva mai "destept": cauta si descarca DRIVER MAGICIAN, instaleaza-l si iti va descoperi CU EXACTITATE ce drivere iti lipsesc, si - mai mult! - iti va sugera de unde sa LE DESCARCI.
Varianta Driver Magician Lite (free) este AICI. Pentru varianta COMPLETA Driver Magician PRO... nu iti pot sugera link-uri... Daca vrei sa mergi pe varianta oficiala si sa il cumperi... treaba ta, este otiunea ta. Pentru altfel de "variante"... fa un search pe Internet.

Itis compatible however you need to install the driver that is compatible with windows 7. If the cd installer doesnt support windows 7 then you need to download the latest driver in Canon Website

you will need to go to HP website http://www.hp.com/#Support select download drivers and software then enter your model number select GO which will load a page with all of the drivers for your computer
