Question about Roku 2 XS
The newest released TV show is on M go but it won't take 4 digit passcode.email on ROCKU file isn't verified but I still get netflix but Mgo freezes up! I wasted my money..so on ROCKU channel it does have the show I'm wanting but it's only on iPad not y TV through ROCKU box! Should I or would it be better to reset box put in the real verified email that I try to use on everything else..when I purchased the ROCKU box the email isn't the same..u think that would fix or the problem instead of the email that already is programmed in..it was my email at the time but I like to have all the same emails..should I reset ROCKU????
Of course resetting the Roku would solve your issues, then start over with the setup. This happened to me as well, I have 4 ROKUs on my network and it was the best money I ever spent.

If your Roku is working properly, and will not connect to Netflix. Access your Netflix account through the internet on your home computer. Check the size of your instant que and if over 50 entry's, start deleting your que. The Roku can not handle over 50.
