Question about Honeywell Focus 6300B 5-2 Days Programmable Thermostat Heater
Brand new Lenox Elite Series gas furnace. Installed the Honeywell RTH230B. The fan will run just fine when switched to on, but the thermonstat will not call for heat in heat mode.
Y=not connected (no cooling)
I've metered Rh to W when trying to heat, and there is no connectivity. Is this a faulty stat or am i missing something?
On a call for heat an internal switch should connect Rh and W, if it does not the stat is bad. Try it with no wires connected.
