that is the sign of a waek signal in the digital world that is the one bad thing sbout it in the old day if you had a weak signal you would see it as snow
with digital you either have a picutr or you don't
so you will need a tech with a signal meter to find your problem
first get it scanned for codes 2nd look at the air filter, and the mass air flow unit sitting on top for leaves or dirt , then check the air intake bellows that runs to the intake check it for cracks? also look and listen for vacum leaks around the engine possible cracked hose causing ecm to get false signals from airflow meter? good luck
heyii lady i am not so sure in this case but if it is not a short then may be your induction coil is producing more crrent than required..
so get your coil checked..
or this time..if u have not been then put genuine compant lamps..
