Question about Riso RZ390 Duplicator
Just had the same thing happen. The ink cartridge was not completely in the lock position. Once I remove the ink, reinserted it and locked it, everything was back to normal.

I'm sure I'm too late to help here, but for future reference D01-528 is "print drum safety switch is off" according to my manual. So the above solutions should do the trick. Every error starting with D01 referrs to "print drum not set."

Try pushing the drum in a little to make sure it is in all the way.. if it is.. use a pencil and put it into the hole at the bottom of the drum until the pencil hits something in the back.. then pull the drum out... and try to reset it again.
