Question about AudioBahn AW100T Car Subwoofer
My subwoofer in my car is having major interference... it sorta of a rumbling sound when the cd players doing somthing like when the disk is spinning and it used to make a "poinging" sound every 1 second or so but its sorta stopped but it still does it sometimes please help?!
It sounds like you may have unshielded patch cable (rca cables) or they may be coming loose from either the head unit or at the amp which could cause the same thing and it may also have a cut in the cables but in my opinion it has to be the head unit or the patch cables cause there shouldnt be anything else in your car that would cause that phenomenon. more than likely the cables are loose at the head unit in my opinion if you have another amp available to you i would try it and see if it reoccurs if it does and most likely will you need to take out the unit and if the cables are completely in you could have 2v preouts which sometimes in conjunction with other factors seems to cause also
sorry i couldnt just tell u whats wrong
