Thanks for using FixYa. The first thing you can do is to reset the TV by leaving it unplugged for 24hrs. If this does not resolve your problem then look for capacitors that have a bubbled or slightly raised and rounded top. This indicates the capacitors have overheated or leaked and need to be replaced. You can also try to remove the connectors from the Power Supply board one at a time and see if anything changes .
