had a similar problems with my saturn, at lights and stop sings i would get a low idle and almost like it was about to stall.
1- the delar will tell you it may be an altornator problem, this is most likly not it. 2- SPARK PLUGS, i changed mine and my engine ran a lot smother and less "almost stalling" (also wont hurt to change your spark plugs. 3- fule injectors and filter may be clogged and dirty. Replace both.
all of this you can do by your self with less then $200 and and about 3 hours for every thing. Take your time plan out your route and ask the guys at your local car parts shop for more advise.
***** MAKE SURE YOU DISCONECT THE BATTERY WHEN DEALING WITH FULE AND ELICTRICITY*****
Hi, sounds like fuel, however try testing the temprature of all four exhausts while the engine is running, poss spark plugs are fuel contaminaed. Care should be taken as the exhaust pipes close to the engine become extremely hot, but 1 exhaust not as hot as the others would point towards a fuel starvasion or a fould spark plug
Assuming that the adjustment screws 'H' and 'L' have slotted heads, turn both CW to stops (lightly), then back out CCW 1-1/2 turns each. This is a basic setting and the engine should start and run. Allow to warm up, then pull the throttle full on. Turn H CW until the engine starts to speed-up, but still 4-stroking. Proper adjustment is when the engine 4-strokes, but immediately 2-strokes when cutting. Release the throttle and adjust L CW for fairly smooth running, yet allows the engine to 'follow the throttle'. Adjust idle speed so that the chain stops turning, but the engine keeps running.
Check the air cleaner and muffler for plugging first. Turn both jet needles CW to stops (lightly), then back out each CCW 1-1/2 turns. Turn the idle speed screw CW about 1/2 turn. This is a basic setting and the engine should start and run. Allow to warm up, then pull the throttle full on and adjust the H needle CW til the engine speeds up somewhat, but is still 4-stroking. Correct setting is when the engine 4-strokes, but immediately 2-strokes when cutting. Release the throttle and allow to idle. Turn the L needle CW until the engine runs fairly well, but still allows the engine to 'follow the throttle'. Adjust idle speed screw so that the chain stops moving, but still allows the engine to keep running. Hope this helps!
There are three buttons, let's call them 1, 2, and 3, from left to right.

After pushing button (1), either a 12-hour (AM + PM) or a 24-hour setting program can be selected. If you only want to change the display mode, push button (3). The clock then returns to its normal timekeeping function.
B. Hours Push button (2) a second time - hour display flashes. Set hour by pushing button (1). After pushing button (3)*, the clock returns to the time readout mode with new hour setting.
C. Minutes Push button (2) once more - minute display flashes. Set minute by pushing button (1). Upon pushing button (3)*, the clock is started - accurate to within 1 second.
Stop watch function The stop watch can only be set in motion if the clock is in its normal timekeeping mode and not during setting operations. A. Push button (3) - 00:00 display appears; B. Push button (1) - stop watch is on; C. Push button (1) a second time - watch stops. (Additional times can be added by pushing button (1) again - stop watch keeps running. you need to replace your battery.since the alternator is supposed t o charge the battery. y dont you start your vehicle, have it run for 1 hour or go on an hours drive, come back home, turn it off, after five minutes start the vehicle..see if it starts.if it does not, that means your battery is dead.
