What do you mean it does not work? Do you mean that the videos do not come up.
If that is the error, you will need to install flash player which you can get from here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Once you download flash player, close down all application then install it and when it is done, just open up the internet browser and try Youtube, it should work.

If this is not the problem, please be more specific with the issue

try switching to another sort of connectivity like 3G ? Try connecting the laptop through different network other than yours and check what happens.
If it worked then probably you need to update your router firmware.

My youtube have a problem help me to fix this problem,have no sound on youtube on my computer but i have a latest flash player but its not work, i'll install a sound driver properly still not work help me...
Hi. The fastest and easiestway to fix this is to uninstall flash player using uninstaller providedby adobe itself.

1. Close all programs and download the uninstaller from the link
http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player.exe

2. Run it and restart the computer once complete.
3.Now open any website which requires flash player like youtube. Theywill ask you to download flash player. Download and install the flashplayer and it will work.

My iphone wont sync you tude dont work
you need to go under cydia and than add sources and than : pushfix.info and than you go to "youtube fix" you have there 4 fix for youtube. try the 1 and than 2 and than 3 and than 4. onw of tham will fix your problem.
after you instal any fix youtube you have to restart your device.
