Use the SYSTEM RESTORE utility to go back to a certain date that you think is in its perfect condition, say 2 to 5 days ago will do. Everything will be restored except data or work files. Good luck
This is a possible damage on the internal speakers or a connection fault at the headphone jack connector. you might need to open the laptop to check and confirm on the connectors.
Hi brightmensah
Try the following....
*Try to install the audio driver again(if you are getting symbol like this
*If you are not getting this symbol check your speakers by connecting a headset or any audio device to Headset
If you are getting sound on headset means this problem is related your speaker connections it's better to contact service center or you can log to www.insidemycomputer.com to change your speaker or it's connections.
Thank you
Are you able to hear the sound when the headsets are used I think that cleaning up the speakers will not help a lot. If you can
hear the sound from the headset but not from speakers, then I would
suspect that the speakers are bad, the speakers are unplugged or some
sound circuit on the system board is damaged. Try to reconnect the
speakers first. The speakers are connected directly to the system board
through 2 little connectors located below the keyboard connector.?
there a loss connection in the speaker of your system. locate the loss connection and fix it. if hard for you fix then you should call the technician to fixed for you ..or either use external speaker so that you can hear sounds without using headset.
