I HAVE THE ABOVE PHONE AND UP UNTIL 2 WEEKS AGO THE MESSAGE ON MY LCD SCREEN WAS THE DATE ON TIME. HOWEVER 2 WEEKS AGO IT SUDDENLY CHANGED TO MY EXTENSION NUMBER AND NAME.
DOES ANYBODY KNOW HOW TO CHANGE THE MESSAGE ON THE SCREEN BACK TO THE DATE AND TIME?

-NO NOTHING IS HAPPENING. I PRESS THE STAR BUTTON AND ALL THAT HAPPENS IS THAT THE STAR COMES UP ON THE SCREEN.

- You need to leave the handset down on the phone. Sounds like you lifted the handset before pressing the button. This is how you do it, I've got one right in front of me.Oct 19, 2007
-Well... depending on the phone system (and possibly country/version you have) this can be different.
I found a manual for a specific system that uses the TRANSFER button instead of the * key to change the display so please try that.
If this still does not solve the problem, please let me know what the model number of your main phone system is so I can look up the correct information.
