Stopped spinning We have model LEN2000KQ0, whirlpool front load dryer, and it stopped spinning. any idea what the problem / solution could be?

Your pump is jammed with a blockage, remove the filter and check the pump behind it is revolving, usually a hair grip or button in there...remember the washer is full of water so you will have a lot of water coming out

Your drain pump filter probably needs cleaned. YouTube has several videos you can watch on how to do it. It's an easy fix. Type " whirlpool duet drain pump " into the search bar. Let me know if you have trouble.

sounds like you blew either a circuit breaker in your home or on the rear of the machine

send the model number also you don't go into the dryer from the back,you go from the front.

sounds like a control problem. Any codes?

you probably have a clogged drain on the washer

Reach inside and try to turn the drum by hand, it should have some resistance, if it spins free, you may have a broken belt or it fell off. There is a switch on many dryer that is attatched to the motor. If the belt breaks it triggers the switch which disables the motor and heater on the dryer. Also double check that model #, Im not finding anything under that #. thanks Dave www.washermd.com
