Try pressing clear (CL) then type some numbers and see if they appear on the screen. If not, you probably have keyboard failure. If they work, press clear again and try pressing 1 then CLK# button.

HELP!! Cursor frozen

Sounds like all of the drivers were corrupted in some way. You will need to reinstall the drivers somehow, but since none of the input devices are working, you will need to have assistance doing this, either through a repair shop or through ASUS. If your warranty is still active, they will repair it free of charge.

Please rate, Thanks!

Keyboard frozen/none of keys will work

Make sure it is plugged in securely. Try a different keyboard. If it is a USB keyboard try a different USB port. If it still won't work write back.

My recorder/plaer is frozen in the on position,

Ensure the key lock is not activated by sliding
"Power on/off ( )/Hold" towards the center
position. If your player isn’t already on, turn it on by
sliding "Power on/off ( )/Hold" to the left
and holding until the player turns on.

If this does not work, reset the player by removing/reinserting the battery.
