Question about T-Mobile Cell Phones
Have just bought one for my 86year old father but all it says is no service have put a p a y g t mobile sim tried manual scan and automatic but nothing please can you advise what I do now

If the sim is faulty, then it can cause this problem.
If the phone does the same with different SIM cards, then check the sim contacts in the phone slot, if you cannot find anything wrong, then it is an internal problem, probablu with the circuits connecting to sim card slot on the phone.

try taking out both cards and popping the battery on the phone.
Wait a few minutes and then turn the phone on with no card in it.
Turn it back off when it says no card found and insert the newer card and power it back up.
It seemed to keep a memory of the blank card.
