It's set when you initialise the register and enter the country information. Use the table in the dealer manual. If you need the manual, one of the users has it here:

SOURCE: I have a Casio CE-3700 cash register. How do I

tina -

I found the service manual here:

ftp://ftp.totalpos.co.nz/Oldmanuals/Casio-CE3700.pdf

It is New Zealand, and the file is a little over 3 MB. If you have a problem, contact me and I can email it to you.

It has a section on programming the CE-3700.

Where can i download casio ce-4700 cash register manual french

This is an old model so you would have to find one that has been scanned in by a French speaker. Unfortunately, that will be nearly impossible to find. I found the English manuals if that helps:

MY CASIO CE-3700 CASH REGISTER SAYS E33 WHEN IT IS TURNED ON. How do I correct

Hi Josie. E33 means you have not entered amount tendered.

turn key to REG
Press SUBTOTAL
An amount should show on the display. Note this amount.
Type the amount shown on the display with no decimal e.g if display shows 12.30, type 1230.
Press CASH
Drawer should open.

If you cannot clear the error (try the clear button C) or no amount shows when you press SUBTOTAL, it probably means the memory has become corrupted due to a flat or faulty battery.

I'm trying to reprogram the receipt header to show our change of address on a Casio-CE-4700. I have all the character codes I need, but I don't have the code to end a line and start a new one. ...

The codes are listed under file 32 worksheet, so look through your manual until you find the worksheet with file 32 listed, then you will see the line codes for header foot, commercial message etc.

I have casio ce-3700 cash register and i have problem E04 and noies come beep any one help me plz.

This is caused by incomplete initialisation. it means the program may be corrupt from being unplugged for too long, or you may have a bad battery inside the machine (change it every five years).
Firstly, try a flag clear to jump it back to REG mode:
Turn power off at wall Turn key to program position Hold down RECEIPT FEED button. Keep your finger on it. Turn power on at wall Wait 5 seconds, then let go of RECEIPT FEED Press SUBTOTAL
Turn key back to REG mode and try it. If the programming is corrupt, you will often see the decimal point in the wrong place.
If you want to re-program it, there is a manual for the CE-3700 here:
http://the-checkout-tech.com/manuals/TOC/cashregisters/Casio/CE-3700%20operators%20and%20programming.TOC.pdf

I looking for a printer head for casio ce-4700?

Hi. they are getting quite rare now. You can still find dealers with some stock, but as this is a major part of the machine, they are not cheap. Unless the register is in good condition, it won't be worth fixing. If you haven't been running paper in both sides of the printer, then the platten will also be damaged. This is the most common reason for head failure.

Casio CE 3700

Hi.
It sounds like this machine has a faulty battery. If the problem happened after a power cut, or the machine was stored, then this problem can occur. You will need to fully reset the RAM and start again. I wouldn't advise this until you have changed the battery. If you want to do it yourself, contact a Casio dealer and order a battery for it. Then open the register and plug the new battery in and get back to me. I can help you to clear it and recover the decimal places.

Casio CE-T100 Cash Register

Hi.
You might have compulsory amount tend turned on.
If you press SUBTOTAL, then type in the amount on the display (no decimal point), then press ca/amt, does it work? If not, then you may have mucked up the cash button settings. Does it work if you use another payment type like CREDIT CARD?
