The Handle must be forcefully be pulled down in the Kcup to make positive contact. If that is not done the maker will do nothing.

What can I do to have the Ready to Brew light come on? I tried to slowly pour in water and fill water tank but doesnt work.

Be sure spray disk and brew gasket are properly installed in the
brew head.

Be sure the water supply is properly connected and the water
supply valve is turned
ON

Be sure the WATER TANK IS FILLED
BEFORE plugging the brewer into a receptacle, or otherwise
connecting brewer to electrical power
THE WATER TANK MUST BE FILLED

Place an empty decanter under the brew head. Lift
the pour-over cover then pour warm tap water into the pour-over
opening until water flows from the brew head. When water stops
dripping from the brew head, empty the container.

Once the tank is full of water,
connect the brewer to electrical
power. The heating elements will begin heating the water in the
tank.
When the water has reached the proper temperature, the
"READY To BREW" light will glow. http://www.cdccoffee.com/pdf/bloomfield-8571-8572-user-manual.pdf

Vienna Black suddently stopped working. No lights or anything.

the grinding noises are worrisome. Sounds to me as though something was in the wrong place, and once it worked for one cycle, whatever was left inside, or ??? would have frozen the unit. Sounds to me like you'll need to take it completely apart, to see what's causing the lock up situation.

The heat water temparuture light will not go off contiunes to try to heat water i have unplugged overnite hoping to reset but it has not im dying here! I have to have coffee!!!!

"Power switch relay is going out"....uhhhhhm, how do I explain this, not only does that answer not help, at all, it makes little sense. The power switch would simply be the on/off N.O. contacts allowing power for the more advanced circuitry which is where the problem most likely is....it seems as if maybe the temperature sensor, or thermocouple in the chamber is not sending back a proper signal to the circuit board, this would cause the system (when activated in proper sequence) to constantly send power to the heating element when the machine is in that stage of brewing.

If the heat light is just on all the time from the second you power it on (regardless of whether or not you have added water, hit "brew" button lets say), then the system is just F'ed...well, it's pretty much f'ed anyway because they make their coffee makers so that you are unable to do ANYTHING with them, technically speaking....one could always use a hammer I suppose. So yeah, while I realize this answer won't get you your caffeine fix for the day, what I hope to accomplish with this "solution" is disprove the other dudes failed logic, and let you know your machine is most likely done for so call up Keurig and demand satisfaction. Make sure you run vinegar thru the system before calling because there is a small chance the mineral build-up on the thermocouple element is causing this improper temperature (4-20 ma) feedback.

What now Fowler?? I just called you out man. Tell me how I'm wrong.

I have had my Kuerig coffee maker for over a year now which I believe means it's no longer under warranty. However, I paid quite a lot for it so I'd really like to see if I can have it repaired...

unfortunatly keurig treats any home model as throwaway once warrenty is up. They even do the same with mostcommercial models. By the sounds of your problems its time for a new one. sorry. try for a b145 or b150 they are a little more robust.
