Question about Insignia NS-DV2G MP3 Player
There's a little rubber cover on the back just above the word insignia. use something sharp to pry it off. remove the small phillips head screw. grab the tabs on the sides and pull the back off. the two wires of the battery are connected to a small plug. unplug the battery and then plug back in. this cuts the power and acts as a reset. should solve the freeze problem
