a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Are you using the following sites for Paypal?
If you go to the correct site for your location and put in your registered email address and password, what happens.
I would think you have a problem with the email address or the password.
On the login screen is an option if you have fogotten any of your details.
I suggest that you pick that option.

It generally takes 24-48 hours for Paypal to unlock an account. It could take a week depending on the specific reasons the account was locked. If it was a bank issues, then it takes 24-48 but if it was a 3rd part dispute, it will take longer.

i would recommend using a credit card that way it is easier to obtain a refund through your bank than it would be via paypal. Be very careful using paypal i have had them rip my off charging my credit card and i am not even a member!! At least it was very easy to get my money back and my bank suggested i get a direct debit credit card and have a zero balance only putting funds into that card when i want to make a purchase. Desputing funds through the bank is a simple and relatively quick process but paypal a gamble indeed. Hope i helped.

Contact the seller, and have them create a new "invoice" (which automatically will be E-mailed to you). Then, login to PayPal, select that invoice, and "pay" it.
