Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: I purchased a bluetooth ear
Not knowing the brand and model # of the ear piece, I would recommend google to search the brand and model #. You can probably download a manual for your ear piece from say Plantronics.com
Whatever your brand and Model #

SOURCE: Bluetooth problem
hi thanks for using fixya!!
That is weird, I never encountered that problem before. But try this option, go to your Start Menu, Settings, Connections, then tap Bluetooth, make sure that you tick the box "Make this device visible to other devices"
Then, tap Beam, tick the "receive all incoming beams"
If the same problem, better to master clear your device, to restore factory defaults.
But if still happening, perhaps you have a problem with the software, better to bring up your PDA to a service center to check the software itself.
Hope it helps, if you need futher assistance, let me know.
Pls rate me positively! thanks!

Go to this site, and it will walk you through each step to connect your
particular Jabra headset with your cellphone. Choose the headset, and
then at the next page, choose your phone. Moving your mouse over each
step will change the picture to what you should be seeing on your phone
at each step.
