More info would help but if it is shutting down because of "low oil" then you can do one of two things but first make sure the oil is at the proper level
unplug the low oil safety switch...
fix it correctly
next time, let us know what kind of engine you have and model numbers of everything involved

Usually when a coupler breaks the machine will shut down from low sump pressure. Did you reset the alarm from that?

Low sump pressure

well with out a model number this is a tought one , but if your unit is less than 10 hp the low sump pressure is most likely caused by a dirty suction screen or worn out oil pump if its over 10 hp then low sump most likely is caused by a dirty inlet air filter

Check sump pressure? can you tell me what that means

Sump pressure is the back pressure created within the oil sump by pressure leaking past the piston rings. The pressure is usually very low due to the venting of the sump thru the oil sump vent (usually a tube or removable plug used for adding oil). If the vent was replaced with a plug, then pressure will be very high and cause oil leak. Higher sump pressure is also caused by adding too much oil into crank-case. If you are having other problems with compressor, post again. Good luck.

Ice machince is going max freeze cycle shut down

1. Possible cause. Water leak. Check purge valve, water curtain, sump, sump hose.
2. Air filters clogged. Clean air filters.
3. Dirty condenser. Clean condenser.
4. Restricted location, intake air to hot. Have machine moved.
5. Ice thickness sensor dirty or disconnected. Check ice thickness sensor probe.
6. Water distributor dirty. Remove and clean water distributor.
7. Inlet water valve leaks through during freeze cycle. Check water inlet valve.
8. Connected to hot water. Check for bleed through from missing check valve in building water supply.
9. Incomplete harvest. Check harvest system.
10.High pressure cut out opened. Check fan motor pressure control, check fan motor, check controller using test mode.
11. Fan motor pressure control open. Check fan pressure control.
12. Fan motor not turning. Check fan motor, check fan blade, check controller using test mode.
13.Water pump not pumping. Check pump motor, check controller using test mode.
14. Pump hose disconnected. Check hose.
15. Compressor not operating. check compressor contactor, check controller using test mode.
Check compressor start components, check PTCR resistance and temperature, check compressor voltage, check compressor windings.
16. Low refrigerant charge. Add some refrigerant and restart unit. If cycle time imporves, look for a leak.
17. Hot gas valve leaks through during freeze. Check hot gas valve for hot outlet during freeze.
18. Thermostatic expansion valve bulb loose. Check bulb.
19. Thermostatic expansion valve producing very low or high superheat. Check evaporator superheat, Change TXV if incorrect.
20. Compressor inefficent. Check compressor amp draw, if low and all else is correcy, change compressor.

SSR EP 40 SE shuts down on low unload sump what is probable cause

I would look at the minimum pressure check valve first. If it is stuck in the open position you can not build sump pressure before the unit shuts down. MPCV is located on the top of the separator tank. You can remove it. Check to see if the plunger with the teflon disc is free and not damaged. These valves often seize up due to dirt, rust and condensation. If it is stuck it will need to be disassembled, cleaned and lubricated. It needs to be free enough to slide in the valve body by hand. If the o-ring is bad or damaged you will need to get a kit from IR. I have not been able to find one with out buying a kit. Next I would look at the blow down valve. It is located beside the MPCV at the top of the separator tank. If this solenoid is open it will not let the sump build pressure. Next I would check the Inlet valve actuator cylinder if so equipped. With out the serial number I dont know which type inlet valve is on the unit. If it does have a cylinder does it operate correctly. Is there any free play in the cylinder. If so replace it. Is the cylinder to inlet valve coupling cracked. Remove and inspect. Is the bolt tight at the rear of the cylinder. Will it let the cylinder move. If so you will need to loosen the bolt. Set the controller so you can see sump pressure. Start the unit and Slowly open the inlet valve by sliding the cylinder in and out to get 25psi sump pressure. Then tighten the bolt. if sump pressure drops below 15 psi it will shut down on sump pressure alarm. Good luck !!!
