Bought Kindle as gift how do I get transferred out of my account so can register and set up an account with Amazon by another.

Everyone need to include the model number and ie: size, name (kindle fire 7" 5th generation) (kindle reader or kindle paper white with model number) otherwise most questions can't be answered. The more information the better chance of getting the help you need and want.

When you buy a new kindle you register it to the same Amazon account as your old kindle then download the books to your new Kindle either from the Archive on the device or from the Manage Your Kindle page on Amazon where you can select each book and then the Kindle you wish the book to go to as each Kindle

Bought new kindle, I want to reset my old kindle to factory settings. Will it delet all info from my new kindle also.

No, resetting one Kindle does not affect the others only the one being reset. You should reset when you gift an old one or sell it.

Back up the old one first and you can restore the new one to have everything the old one did.

Email via your old Kindle to your new Kindle Fire. You might need to set up a second email within your new Kindle.

Received Kindle as Gift want to change from buyers name to my name? How

very simply, you access the Kindle devices "Settings" page and in the section that says register/deregister, you would click on the deregister option, once the device is online with the built-in wireless network connection. After which, the device is ready to be registered to a new account.
Please be aware that just changing the devices account registration does NOT delete any content; also changing registration does not provide the new owner the legal access to the books already downloaded to your Kindle, the original account that purchased the books, will retain ownership.
There is no way to give your purchased book library to the new owner of your old Kindle. If the new owner likes the books, then they will have to buy them on their own, to retain future downloading rights.

Amazon kindle suport web page

If I understand you correctly, you have a new Kindle Fire HD and would like to transfer the data from your old Kindle Fire to your new Kindle Fire HD. This is easy, follow these steps:
Step 1: Connect the old Kindle to Wireless. Pull down the upper status bar, select More + and then select My Account on the old Kindle
Step 2: Using the Old Kindle, select Deregister under My Account, let the task complete
Step 3: When the old Kindle has Deregistered, then pickup the new Kindle. If you accidentally registered this Kindle Deregister it and then Factory Reset the device.
Step 4: Now the old Kindle is Deregistered and the new Kindle is factory Fresh, let's begin the process.
Step 5: On the new Kindle, let's reboot after Factory Resetting the device. When the device powers back up you should be presented with a login Window. Go ahead and register the device to the same account as the Old Kindle. The sync process should begin automaticlly, it can take up to one full day to sync all your content.
