Question about Washing Machines
Our GE top load washer, when on the super load cycle, will not stop the water from coming in. The water doesn't cut off, it just keeps running and draining out. So it never switches to the wash cycle. The water just keeps running and draining out. It doesn't do this for the large load size. Any suggestions?
Yes raise your drain hose up. do not shove it down the drain to far or the bottom of the hose will be below the water level in the machine. it is called siphoing. you can hear it by shutting the machine off when it is at the cycle you stated and hear it draining. pull the hose up and secure with a strap.
