the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: boss oethe left side of my headphone is stop working

Try putting the output reciever into your ****.. Then put the earphones on. If you dont hear anything you might want to bring it back to the retailer and explain that your test proved them that it dont work.

How won't my new headphones connect with my I pod through bluetooth

In most cases this is because the new owner didn't read the instructions.

When you turn on Bluetooth on the iPod and click Search, you have to press something on the other piece of equipment to send the signal TO the iPod. Once they find each other, they connect automatically after that.

However, we have a problem. Your headphones Bose Quietcomfort Qc15 don't appear to be Bluetooth enabled! You have to connect with a lead.

Bose qc15 right side not working

If the cup itself is not cracked or broken, you can carefully detach the "snap on" cushion to expose the inner workings. There may be an inner cover which also can be carefully detached to expose the wire connections. After making repairs, reverse the disassembly process.

Just recieved a pair of qc15's after the first use the right ear cup will crackle intermittantly, building up then dropping out, it does it randomly

It's the EQ of your ipod or itunes that is tripping them up. Apparently there is a 'perfect' EQ to run them on but I'm not familiar with it. Running them with the EQ 'flat' should fix the problem. Hope this helps...

Try the headphones in another stereo and if it still has no sounds the the headphone cord or plug is faulty.

My Bose QC15 won't turn on, I've already tried replacing the battery. What could be the problem?

Mine did this as well, totally frustrated I kept on rapidly switching them on and off, and eventually it just switched on!

I play drums, and when playing with my QC15's on certain loud sounds seem to make the noise cancellation clip and cut out audio for a second. why is it doing this?

Does this problem only happen on when playing drums? For me, when my battery is running low, if I move my head back and forth quickly or lightly tap the right headphone, they will clip in and out briefly, but replacing the battery always fixes this. My guess is that you are playing drums a lot, your battery is running low, and you might be throwing your head around violently, causing a similar problem.

Left side is quieter than right side and when pushed on makes crackling noises and sound gets louder

most likely cable is very loosely contacting the jack or earpad. Will need to be taken apart and soldered.
