Tabeo just charges 70% and when its unplugged it remains powered for lees than one hour and turns completely off!!! And we couldn'tvcomplete parental filter setup!!! Please help my girl is very sad!!! It was her christkas gift!!!

Check its battery for proper charge. In most cases, this might be the reason. Charge it fully for at least 4 hours, and then check.

To reinstall your Tabeo pre-loaded apps:
* Open the Tabeo Support App and select App Recovery button on the left side. Follow instructions.

today we finally called 855-326-2547 and in less than 5 minutes a very nice lady over the phone asked for 16 digit code on the tabeo, she gives you back 4 digit code to unlock the tabeo and register it and wallah....we're up and running

same problem here. tried calling and getting a busy tone. going to see if i can figure it out but have tried uploading it from the aps and restarting and everything. if any of you figure it out please comment!

This is the worst and most frustrating purchase ever!!! Finally registered it and downloaded apps from scratch since i lost my preloaded apps from factory reset and everytime we want to play a game, parental control pops up every time, even in the middle of the game!! Ridiculous!

I had the same issue with my Tabeo today. After trying to reset it several times, and having the same issue on th 3/4 page of the setup, I tried another way, and it worked. So, I reset it, and then when the parental control setup page 1/4 came up, I typed the http address exactly as it was on tabeo, on my windows pc...all of it. This opened the same page on my windows pc. Then I just filled out the pages, and entered my credit card info, to be charged that 1 dollar, that is refunded 30-60 days later. This let me complete the setup. As soon, as it was done, the page on my tabeo, updated at the same time, and the parental controls were setup!! its screwy, but it worked..hope it will work for you too.

THIS IS THE SAME PROBLEM I HAVE. I JUST POSTED 5 MINUTES AGO. UNFORTUNATELY MY HUSBAND THREW AWAY THE ORIGINAL BOX THAT IT CAME IN. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU FIND ANYTHING OUT.

I spoke with someone in their Tech department today about another problem and mentioned that I was having problems with it charging and he said that when I get back the device there is an update that needs to be installed in regards to the charging problem. So when you get a chance install all updates.
