When we scan documents and then try to look at
When we scan documents and then try to look at them to ensure we have it right.
We have a problem. File conversion problem. Encoding does not appear to work.
We use a AGFA snapscan e 42 scanner. Also we try to get updates, and that seems to be a problem.
