Display says *ringing* but wont receive or send...

can you advise, our panafax has *ringing* on the desplay screen and wont receive or send any documents anymore.

Is there someting we can do to reset it so that we can send and receive again.

I have the same problem
I know someone who can solve this problem

there is a button beside the number 3 call in/out it need to be bright green , so push the button a few time and it should work from there
