Question about Belkin Computers & Internet
I HAVE A BELKIN WIRELESS TRAVEL MOUSE AND A FEW DAYS AGO I TURNED ON MY COMPUTER AND THE MOUSE WAS NOT WORKING. I USUALLY LEAVE IT CONNECTED TO MY COMPUTER, AND DIDNT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IT BEFORE THAT DAY. I STARTED USING IT ABOUT A WEEK AGO. I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO. I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THE USER MANUAL ONLINE, BUT HAD NO SUCH LUCK. CAN ANYONE HELP ME??
If the mouse is only a week or so old, you can still return it or have it replaced under warranty if need be.
First, go into the device manager and uninstall the mouse, then disconnect the receiver unit ad reboot the computer. Then plus the receiver back in and the computer should reinstall the needed controls for it.
if the mouse is not moving at all, check the batteries, they can go dead sitting on shelves.
