The only way will be to replace the battery. Lithium battery's only have a limited service life, and begin to degrade quite markedly after a couple of hundred charges. The older the battery is, the less capacity it has for storing electricity, so your Tablet has detected that the battery within has lost 50% of it's original capacity. If the Tablet is relatively new and you have not recharged it many times, you may be able to claim a replacement battery under warranty from the supplier {:o)
This may be unrelated, but if you let the tablet go to sleep it will drain the battery. I found this out with my Stealth Pro about three months ago, I imagine it is more of an Android issue. It would not startup or go past the opening logo until I had charged it enough. This may also be the case if the battery is damaged or will not take a charge, in theory.
