Hi. This cmos code is an RCA deferment procedure that is used to bypass the stand by mode when the main board is experiencing IC failure. this is just prolonging the inevitable. This code is an in House RCA plant and we have no way of retrieving this for you at this time. I can tell you what the issue is and how you can fix this.

This is a main board/signal IC(Integrated Chip) issue. The input chips that regulate the input direction that is streamed threw the signal board and threw the deflection yoke, is malfunctioning and overheating as well. this will cause the TV to go into stand by mode and shut down. Simply replacing the affected boards will fix this issue.

Main Board--Mitsubishi Part Number: 930B903004---$259.95
Signal Board--
930B905001-48---$282.95

When I turn on the tv all i get is the welcome screen, and it will not go any futher, there is green light flashing in front of the tv. and it will not turn off with the remote, i have to unplug it.

Hi Andre,

May I know if the LED light at the front panel has a pattern of flashes or flashing continuously in green color.

Please check if you can access the "Self diagnostic screen" by following the steps below.
- To activate, press the front panel "Activity" and "Channel down" buttons at the same time and hold for 5 secs. The Status led will then flash a two digit code. Example, if the error code is "23" the led light flashes 2 times(blink, blink) pause and then flash 3 times(blink, blink, blink). Let me know the error code to narrow down, it will help to diagnose where the fault came from.
Note : the TV must be in shutdown not switched off, or AC power cord is removed because the code will reset to "12" means no error. Use the front panel buttons not on the remote control. If you can't access the self diagnostic, press and hold the "Activity" button on the front panel for 5 secs before entering the "self diagnostic" code.

Blinking green light on mitsubishi ws65813 tv i replacec the capicators but last time a tech had to replace a fuse too. where is the fuse?

On the power supply board near the connectors for outputs. Probably a 'pico' fuse which is small and soldered in - looks like a solid colored smaller resistor, usually.
