Go to control panel if you are using nvidia there should be an Nvidia control panel icon double click on that, click the plus next to display then click on rotate and make sure it is set to no rotation.

My display screen reverted lol how do I correct it please

Try either of the followings if you are Windows 7 user:
1. (For built in display) Right clk on the desktop screen and point to "Graphic options". You will see a drop down list where you can find "Rotation". Point to that "Rotation" and you will find the "Rotation" options.
2. (Seperate monitor) If you or someone accidentally or intentionally click on the monitor "Menu" button. You will have to find that on the monitor's "Menu" and locate the reverse display option and correct it. Since monitor differs from one another, I can't give to the exact button to press :). Good luck

My login screen has turn upside down

Is it only your login screen? or is it the entire operating system? Does it fix after you log in?

Press [Ctrl > Alt > Up arrow] (all at the same time) to revert back to normal orientation. If it is only the login screen, then it may be a issue with the Operating System.

I dunno what I pressed, but my desktop is sideways

If you have an Intel Extreme Graphics card, check this.
Right Click on your desktop and choose Properties
Click on the Settings tab> Advanced button> Intel Extreme Graphics tab>Graphics PropertiesDisplay Settings
UNCHECK Enable Rotation then Apply.

Picture is sideways

The problem is most likely not with the monitor it is the computer. Some graphics cards have shortcuts to turn the display. Most likely you accidentally hit this shortcut. Most are done with Cntrl/ALT/Delete. Regardless lets get it back to normal. If you right click on the desktop somewhere and select Properties from the box pops up you should get to the display properties. From here select the Advanced button from the settings tab. You should get the Plug and Play display box. Selet the Display adapter tab. Mine happens to be Intel it is usually the tab on the top and takes up the whole length of the box. From this box there should be button for display properties ot something similar. If you check the different tabs in display props there should be a setting for rotation. Set it back to zero. I would deselect the Enable rotation so it does not happen again by accident. I hope this helps. You may find things a different on your PC but this should get you to the right place to fix it. I see this happen a lot. I always disable this on people PC's that I repair for them to avoid calls like this. It is easy to mess up.
